Tom Cotter has been using soil health practices on his 1,100 acre farm in Mower County, Minnesota for the past 20 years. He plants cover crops on 99 percent of their land. He uses no-till and strip-till farming practices in their corn, soybean, and pea fields. His cattle graze in cover crops during the summer, fall, and winter months as he transitions to more organic acres. Videography by Dan Balluff.
