Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Yellow Laping. Laping/Laphing is a Tibetan street food popular all over North-East India, Nepal and the large part of the world. Spicy laping is mouth watering, delicious to eat recipe. Laping is served dry or with laping sauce. In this video we will guide you through the whole process of making laping. We will make the starch for laping, laping chili paste, laping sauce, stuffing for the laping, and explain everything in detail. This is an easy laping recipe video you can follow to make it at home.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For the starch and stuffing:
500 gm all purpose flour (maida)
a pinch of food color (turmeric)
½ tsp baking powder

For chili paste
10-15 dry red chili
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp roasted sesame
½ tsp Sichuan pepper powder
100 ml oil
Whole spices in the oil (Black Pepper Corn, Sichuan Pepper Corn, Cinnamon, Star Anis, Fenugreek, Bay Leaves)

For Laping Sauce:
Garlic & Ginger Water
2 tbsp chili paste
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp roasted sesame
1 tbsp spring onion
salt as per taste
