A place in Murcia (San Benedicto, in Bacolod -Negros Occidental, Philippines) at KM34 M17 Road Marker designated as anti-gravity or magnetic hill where your car is being pulled uphill while your engine is off and your gear is in neutral. Is it an optical illusion, or paranormal? Another sighting in Baltimore County, Maryland with the same anti-gravity hill baffles many minds. Some say it is like the Ames room effect, wherein it seems like the lay of the land creates a false horizon line, and changes your perception of things, objects or area. What is happening is not what it appears -- tricking your eyes, an optical illusion...created by rising and descending terrain?

Note: I read somewhere that there is a magnetic hill in the city of Moncton at Lute's Mountain in the province of New Brunswick (Canada) where drivers must pay a fee to drive their own cars just to observe and experience this phenomenon.
