This video is aimed at teaching the proper form in crawling techniques to practice cross-patterning of the limbs and build reflexive strength. We start from hands and knees, and progress to hands and feet crawling. It is important to make sure that you are safely and effectively performing each progression before moving on to the next. Start trying these out, and remember to always breathe into your belly and maintain a relatively neutral spine and hips!
