Rapper Nipsey Hussle Killed In Triple Shooting Outside Store in Los Angeles

03.31.2019 | 3:20 PM | LOS ANGELES - Prominent rapper Nipsey Hussle was killed and to others were wounded after a shooting in front of the rappers clothing store.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with multiple victims down at The Marathon Clothing in the 3400 block of Slauson Avenue around 3:20 PM.

Units arriving on scene found three men suffering from gunshot wounds to the front of the business.

Firefighter paramedics performed life-saving measures on scene before transporting all three victims to an area hospital.

One of the men, identified as 33-year-old Emias Asghedon whose stage name is Nipsey Hussle, was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The other two men remained hospitalized in stable condition.The Marathon Clothing was opened by Nipsey Hussle in 2017 and has been the scene of other shootings in past years.

No motive for the shooting was released and police described the shooter only as a male black.

According to media reports Nipsey Hussle last tweeted an hour before the shooting: "Having strong enemies is a blessing."
