Meet the Winners 2023

The San Francisco / Northern California chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences presents a conversation with this year’s college scholarship winners. A total of $20,000 was given out to six incredible graduate and undergraduate students. They represent the best and brightest new stars of our profession.

The 2023 scholarship winners were Theo Garvey, Celeste Jones, Alisa Gorokhova, Jean Zamora, Tariq Stone, and Florence Middleton. In our annual “Meet the Winners” video, the students talk with our host about their work, their motivations, and their professional goals.

We had excellent entries this year, and the judging was tough. Thank you to the Academy’s Education Committee and many board members who worked hard to make this year’s scholarship competition a success. Most of all congratulations to the winners and all students who submitted their work this year!
