Open PowerShell as Administrator.

Run these commands:


taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local
attrib -h IconCache.db
del /f IconCache.db
cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
attrib -h thumbcache_*.db attrib -h iconcache_*.db
