'Age of Empires II : The Forgotten ' (abbreviated ' AoFE ' ) is the second expansion pack of RTS 1999 Age of Empires II : The Age of Kings , from Microsoft , and is the first new expansion for the game in more than one decade.1 exclusively for HD Edition. The game will be available to Steam.

The Forgotten has emerged from a free unofficial expasión developed by a group of fans for the game Age of Empires II : The Conquerors known as Age of Empires II : Forgotten Empires . The expansion pack is being developed by the team that created the expasión with Bert " Cysion " Beeckman to the head, with the help of Skybox Labs, based in Vancouver. AoF introduces five new civilizations ( Italians , Hindus , Slavs, Magyars and Incas ), four new campaigns, nine new units , 30 new technologies, new game modes, new maps , improved artificial intelligence and other adjustments.
