Historical footage featuring Master Lai Khee Choong training Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan Kung Fu. The video includes old VHS footage of “Eyebrow Staff” techniques in Kuala Lumpur (mid 70s), classical broadsword and empty-hand forms (late 70s), and some martial applications in London (1991).

Sifu Lai, 2nd chamber 50th generation of Shaolin, has studied martial arts since 1959 and in particular Shaolin Kung Fu from 1967. His daily training in Malaysia was intense and undertaken in the traditional manner. Master Lai is the head teacher and founder of the worldwide system “Shaolin Gao Can Mun Nam Pai Chuan”.
