Hi, this in depth video shows the replacement of the ribbon / flex cable for the power, eject and sync (pair) buttons. I purchased this ribbon cable from eBay for £1.90.
The video shows the complete process from taking apart the Xbox, to changing the ribbon cable, and then finally how to reassemble the Xbox one again.
Remember that this is just for entertainment and I am not an expert in these repairs. The processes in the video may not be the best way, the correct way or the safest way to do these things.
