Sailwind Basic Sailing Guide

I was plagued with issues all night trying to get this done and I had to completely re-record the entire video after Streamlabs OBS failed on me. It seems that, in the re-recording, I used Shadowplay and it failed to capture the correct browser tab, so at 8:00 until 11:00 I'm talking about a diagram you can't see!
