Go to your Baldur’s Gate 3 install folder
usually found in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3
(If you installed it somewhere else, go there.)
Open the "bin" folder inside the game folder.
Example path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Bin

Delete the file DWrite.dll
Don’t worry, this file will be replaced later.

Start Baldur’s Gate 3
Load the save that wasn’t working before. It should load now.

Make a new save (or two just in case)
Exit the game completely.

Reinstall Script Extender
Download the extender from here
Extract DWrite.dll to the Baldurs Gate 3\bin directory (eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin)

Load the new save you've made, and your game will work just fine!!
