Ingredients:
200g paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
Salt, to taste
Coriander, finely chopped
Spring Onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 packet of Ching's Secret Manchurian Masala
3 tablespoon Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon Ching's Secret Dark Soya sauce
1 cup water
Steps:

00:50 Add the paneer cubes to a bowl. Marinade it with Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce & Ching's Secret Dark Soya Sauce and toss well, making sure the paneer is well coated with the marinade.

02:14 Heat the grilling pan and add some oil. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto the pan, leaving a little space between each cube.
02:20 Add Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce
03:25 In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.
03:30 Add the garlic, ginger, and red chillis to the pan and sauté for another minute.
03:45 Add the chopped onion and capsicum to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened.
04:09 Add the Ching's Secret Manchurian Masala liquid to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until it has thickened slightly.

04:43 Place the paneer cubes on a serving dish. Pour the manchurian sauce over the paneer tikka and serve hot.
