綠豆饀(30g/個)
Mung bean filling
綠豆仁190g- Mung bean 190g
水280cc- water 280cc
糖粉130g(砂糖100g)- powdered sugar 130g (granulated sugar 100g)
無塩奶油30g- unsalted butter 30g

烤箱預熱170度 Oven preheat 170c
用150度烤30~35分鐘(請依自家烤箱功率微調整時間)
Bake 150c for 30~35mins (Please adjust the time according to your own oven)
