Operation Marita | Battlefield V | No HUD

In April of 1941 German, Italian, and Bulgarian forces launched their invasion of the Greek mainland. This invasion was given the codename Operation Marita. Greece was the last major holdout of Allied forces in Eastern Europe (before Russia entered the war) and the fall of Greece would mean that the war would become focused in North Africa and Western Europe. Despite staunch resistance from Greek and Commonwealth forces the Axis advance would not be stopped.

Battlefield V's new map Marita showcases the early days of the invasion and I wanted to make a video showcasing the beautiful Greek landscape and the intense combat that occurred there.
