Hello my friends, this upload has taken me a little longer to finish editing, but here it is! I'm so pleased with the end result, and I need your help in figuring out how to finish this room.

Should I do picture frame moulding, add curtains (if so, what kind?), paint the trim the same color as the walls, paint or change out the tile on the fireplace? Let me know what you would do.
