you'll need following ingredients to make it

Beef 1kg
2tbsp raw papaya paste

1/2cup yogurt
2tbps coriander powder
1tbsp cumin powder
1tsp crushed red chilli
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1tbsp kashmiri red chilli
1/2tsp turmeric
1tbsp chopped green chilli
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon
1tsp salt
3tbsp oil(i forgot to add in the recipe)


1/2 cup tamarind
1 cup fresh coriander
1/4cup mint leaves
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tomato
tamarind pulp
1/2tsp cumin powder
1/4tsp black salt
1/4tsp pink salt

oil for brushing
