Seller "David Rose" aka Rosenbaum, Rosenbloom, Rosenburgh of Wesley Chapel, Florida posing as "realestateman176" .. posted a totally bogus ad on Ebay. The house he described as "beautiful" & "well maintained" had actually cought fire & completely demolished 6 mos ago. This guy is a Professional thief! Lucky for me I hired a home inspector who stood in front an empty lot & reported there is no home there; took pics & filled a report for me.
Amazingly this shyster "David Rose" is still active on ebay WTF! I'm the second negative report of the kind.. Watch out
