After 30 years and the combined efforts of several people, we've finally managed to find the secret ending of Raimais, and it's a SURPRISE! Thanks to @ragey0 for first finding the sprites associated with this and @suddendesu for figuring out how to access it.

This was accessed using MAME cheats, I'm currently trying to find out if it's possible to get to this ending through normal play. Here's the cheat used:
