Since being closed in February, the Northland Avenue bridge over Interstate 41 in Grand Chute has undergone a massive makeover, becoming just the sixth diverging diamond in Wisconsin however, it isn't the first diverging diamond in the Fox Valley. Drivers say they are excited for the traffic flow change. "Follow the signs, that's the easiest way to do it.”
