In this video I show you how to get to the four warp zones of SMB2/Doki Doki Panic.
This also should work for Super Mario Advance (the GBA version of this game).

You can put the potion onto the vase, too.
To reach the fourth warp zone I recommend Luigi because he is the only one who can reach it without abusing an enemy.
