Life is depressing in the fact that we all have to face the same truth at the end of the day, we are all going to die at some point. Memento Mori is a game aimed to display this message of mortality and eventual end. Travel through this tranquil reality of winding forest paths and sinking gravestones. This game focusses more on the scenery and imagery displayed to portray its story as opposed to outright telling the player through dialogue. The reminder of ones own mortality is present throughout this gameplay, through urns, the passage of time, and even a dark figure like the grim reaper following and watching you throughout your time in this world. Watch as I piece together this little enigma of a game!~
