With Wickerbottom's rework, we can finally mass grow crops with Horticulture Expanded as well as not have to waste books to grow plants that have multiple stages to them, like Banana Bushes or Stone Fruit Bushes!

I did not mention this in the video, but if you don't want to plant seeds in farm soil as Wormwood for out-of-season crops, then you are going to have to read Practical Rain Rituals and wait for the world to be wet, or else said out-of-season crops will be too stressed and only give you a crop back.

Waiting for the world to be wet and dealing with the rain every time you want to farm out-of-season crops is annoying in my experience, so for that reason, I suggest to just plant them in farm soil.
