Enga Veettu Samayal:

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: NIL
Serves: 1 for 1 month

Ingredients:

1. Triphala powder – 45 G
2. Cinnamon Powder – 15 G
3. Clove Powder – 15 G
4. Himalayan Rock Salt – 5 G
5. Oak Gall or Gall Nut Powder – 15 G
6. Babool Powder – 15 G
7. Alum – 5 G

Benefits of using Herbal Tooth Powder:

• Brushing our teeth twice is very important. Especially when we do this at night, our mouth becomes clean before bed time.
• The herbal ingredients used in the tooth powder not only cleans our teeth but also reduces many problems like Bleeding Gum, Cavity, Inflammation of the Gums and bad breath & teeth sensitivity.
• It gives a solution to many teeth related problem & strengthens our teeth.
• Triphala powder – It heals the wound if any in the mouth.

1. மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட அணைத்து பொருட்களையும் ஒன்றாக கலந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
2. மூலிகை பல்பொடி/இயற்கை பல் பொடி தயார்.
3. இதனை தினமும் உபயோகிக்கலாம்.
