Final Fantasy VIII Infinite Rosetta Stones

This video is a reupload of a previous video, now free of microphone squeaking.

A video on how to manipulate the random number generator (RNG) in Final Fantasy VIII to obtain as many Rosetta Stones as you want.

Steps:

1) Use the D-stick, not the analog stick.

2) Have Diablos Enc-None junctioned to a character and it helps if the Queen of Cards is NOT in Deling City.

3) Save your game on the 10th floor of the D-District Prison.

4) Hard Reset - Turn the console off and on or quit the game in Steam.

5) Load your save file and exit the cell, hold LEFT as the screen loads.

6) Keep holding LEFT and switch to UP in front of the stairs.

7) Hold LEFT-DOWN as the 11th Floor loads.

8) While the next screen loads hold RIGHT-UP.

9) Before hitting the outer wall switch to LEFT-UP.

10) When you pass the cell switch to just LEFT.

11) Hold UP as the screen loads and hold UP for a split second before switching to UP-RIGHT.

12) Challenge the card player 54 times and decline (140 times if the Queen of Cards is in Deling City) and accept on the 55th time. Beat him and enjoy your Rosetta Stone.
