How to Use a Bead Reamer, needle file

A bead reamer is a handy tool for fixing bead holes that are too small for your cord or for hiding knots inside beads.

1. Choose the Right Reamer Tip

2. Widen the Hole
Insert the reamer gently into the bead hole. Twist
to remove flaky surfaces or gradually enlarge the hole. Sanding

The reamer works especially well for clay and wooden beads, helping to smooth or widen the holes. Glass beads are fragile and can crack or break with too much pressure.
