Koling-Koling (or Bangi-Bangi) is a traditional food of Bajau people from Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia. It is only served during festivals and banquets. The cooking process is really fun to watch.

The key ingredients of Koling-Koling are rice flour, eggs, coconut milk and a bit of sugar and flour. The bread is soft and sweet, it tastes most delicious while served hot.
