A conscious mind - which is our thinking mind - but only 2% have learned to use it effectively.

And then a subconscious mind - which is where we have all your mental programs; the paradigm - but we have not learned to shift them, according to our new life and goals. You want to…

Everything runs in loops. So it's all about mindset and mindshift - but there's a solution.

To break free,
you gotta learn to think
beyond your paradigm
and change your mindset.

And when you change your mindset,
everything will start to change.

When you learn to shift your paradigms
according to your goal,
goal achievement will be on autopilot.

Till then you have to do it forcefully
with your conscious mind,
