Let's make Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
Melted Butter: 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
White Sugar: 1/2 cup
Egg: 1
All purpose flour: 1 & 1/3 cup
Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Chocolate Chips: 1/2 cup
Chocolate Chunks (optional)

Recipe:
Take a bowl & add melted butter, brown sugar & white sugar. Mix well all. Now add an egg & mix that well that it becomes creamy. Now add all purpose flour, baking soda & sift them properly.
Cookies dough shouldn't be sticky. For consistency please watch the video. If you see the dough sticky, refrigerate it a little. Now add chocolate chips & m ix well.
Now add chocolate chunks for rich chocolate taste. Its optional, you can skip if you don't want to use it
Pre-heat the oven at 170°C for 10-12 minutes. For without Oven Pre-heat the pan at medium flame for 10-12 minutes.
Now scoop the cookie dough in baking tray as shown in the video.
Now bake it for 10-12 minutes at 170°C. For without Oven bake it for 10-12 minutes at low-medium flame.
Don't over bake them. Else chocolate will get hard.
Take them out & let them cool.
