New Year's Eve Snacks -- Fast and Easy

Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Cream cheese (softened)
1 packet Dry ranch seasoning
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
¼ cup Green onion (diced)
1 cup Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese and dry ranch package.
Add your shredded cheese, green onions, and bacon and mix well and then shape into a ball.
Chill for 1-2 hours to firm. Serve with crackers.

Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1¼ cups Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 18 – 22 minutes, or until brown.

Party Punch Low Sugar
INGREDIENTS:
2 packets Crystal Light fruit punch
2 cups cold water
1 64 oz diet cran-pineapple juice drink
1 2-liter bottle diet ginger ale

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour cran-pineapple juice drink into a pitcher or punch bowl.
Combine two Crystal Light packets with two cups of cold water. Stir to combine, then add to the cran-pineapple juice.
Pour in the ginger ale. Give a quick stir.
Serve over ice.


Butter Snowball Cookies / Wedding Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar plus more for rolling
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Using an electric mixer, beat together butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
Add the salt and vanilla (or almond) extract, and beat until incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add the flour and nuts and beat on low speed until combined.
Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until easy to handle.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden on the bottom.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Let cookies cool completely and then roll in powdered sugar a second time.
