Sourdough Flatbreads
MAKES 10 FLATBREADS
(10 minutes prep, 1 hour rest, 30 minutes cook time)
-1 cup warm water
-3/4 cup sourdough discard
-1/4 cup olive oil
-3 1/2 cups flour
-1 teaspoon sea salt
-½ teaspoon baking soda

Quick Sourdough Burger Buns
MAKES 8 LARGE BUNS OR 10 MEDIUM BUNS
(10 minutes prep, 8 hour rest, 16 minutes cook time)
-200g lukewarm water
-2 tsp yeast
-100g bubbly sourdough starter
-1 1/2 T melted cooled coconut oil
-1 egg
-450g flour
-1/4 cup white sugar
-1 1/2 tsp sea salt

Sweet Sourdough Bread Loaf
MAKES 1 LOAF
(24 hour prep, 35 minute cook time)
130g bubbly starter
330g water
500g flour
9g sea salt
65g cane sugar

Sourdough Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
MAKES 30 COOKIES
(15 minutes prep, overnight rest, 30 minute cook time)
-200g discard
-1 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
-1/2 cup cane sugar
-1 cup brown sugar
-2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk if your choice)
-1 1/2 cups oats
-2 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 tsp ground cloves
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp sea salt
-1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
