A Walk to St ALBANS CATHEDRAL ~ GRIEF & HEALING

Описание к видео A Walk to St ALBANS CATHEDRAL ~ GRIEF & HEALING

Welcome to another walk here on ‘Red Hat Diaries.’

GRIEF & HEALING

This walk took me, my wife and life long friend out of St Albans and back again. As you will see from the film, it was a very windy day but thankfully dry.

We have all lost someone or something close to us, so grief is a universal feeling we will all have to deal with throughout our lives. Navigating ourselves in, through and then getting out the other side isn’t a straightforward process, without a universal answer.
One I would say is it is a lonely walk, it having a support network around us will make the walk a little less harsh.
We learn a lot about ourselves at a time like this, and occasionally it can pivot our lives in a different direction, as we are sometimes forced to evaluate our own lives.

Having a support network of a person or people you can trust is vital in the road to healing.
I encourage you to open up to anyone who you can trust and will have a sympathetic ear, or to dial one of the numbers below, no matter what your current state of mental health is.
We all can do with a trusted someone we can confide in.

If you’re going through grief currently, I wish you peace and healing.

Listed below are the UK helpline numbers to seek confidential professional help. I’m sure there are charities and helplines outside the UK too.

Good luck and remember.
