A gathering of ice cream vans, like there has never been before !
This short video was filmed at Wychwood Park in Crewe, Cheshire on 16th October 2018, prior to a successful attempt on the Guinness world record, for the longest ever convoy of ice cream vans. Filmed here are bertween 80 and 100 ice cream vans with a probable combined value of maybe 7 to 10 million pounds sterling. A large proportion of these vans were made by Whitby Morrisson in Crewe. Thanks to Ed Whitby for arranging this event and also to Ed China for attending and being nice. Ed China is working on an all electric drive system for these ice cream vans and what a nice guy for being 'selfy' man for the day and being photographed a million times.
In the words of the Guinness representative. " You are the dream team who have set the world's record for the largest number of ice cream vans ever in a convoy." Boom boom !
