2" Cutting Diameter Glacern FM45 Face Mill with integral R8 shank.
Korloy SEHT Inserts (possibly China knockoffs). This is a 4 insert cutter.
2HP Bridgeport Series 1 Mill (with collet indexing pin within spindle removed)
Spindle Speed = ~950 RPM
Table Feed Rate = 8-10 inches/min (setting #3 on Servo Type 150 feed)
0.15" Depth of Cut in 6061-T6 Aluminum
