I have always loved In-N-Out burger animal style and have been perfecting this recipe for years. Now I'm sharing it with you and it really is super simple to make!

Ingredients:

Spread/Burger Sauce:
1 cup of mayo
6 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar

Burgers:
2 lbs ground beef (Must be 80/20) (Makes about 10 patties)
1.5-2 tbsp Kosher salt
1.5-2 tbsp black pepper
Iceberg lettuce chunked
American cheese slices
Dill pickle chips
Yellow mustard
Diced yellow onions
Sliced tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper
Unsalted butter for toasting the buns
Brioche hamburger buns
