Tissue Box Rubber Band Powered Car

Kayla Belle asked "Can you make a rubber band powered car out of a tissue box and number 64 rubber bands as the power source?"
I think the rubber bands I used may have been slightly smaller than number 64 but the next size up that I had were much larger.

4 Sticky tape rolls from the bargain store
4 plastic beads
2 bbq sticks
2 Rubber bands
2 drinking straws
3 polystyrene pizza trays
small sheet of paper
