Second song in my set for the Open Mic at Frontera.

I first heard the original version of Fast Car by Tracy Chapman. Despite not quite understanding what the song was about, there was something special about it and recently the song got brought back into attention with a great remix by Jonas Blue!

I read up a bit on the meaning behind this song, initially Tracy didn't quite know what she was writing about until she looked back and reflected. It was basically a story of 2 people trying to find their way in the world, based on her own personal experiences too.

Once again, a thank you to Isaac Ho for his great guitar skills, without which I wouldn't even have performed.

Thank You God for another opportunity to enjoy the gift of singing :)
