PROJECT STEPS
1. You are a project manager for Global Human Resources Consultants, an organization that provides human resources services to emerging companies located in eastern Europe. To better manage consultants and the projects on which they work, you have decided to create an Access database. Create a new table with the following options:
a. The default primary key ID field should be named CountryCode and have the Short Text data type. CountryCode should remain the primary key.
b. The table should contain a field with the name CountryName and the Short Text data type.

Save the table with the name Country.
2. Add the four records shown in Table 1 to the Country table. Save and close the table.

3. Create a new table to store the clients of Global Human Resources Consultants with the following options:
a. The table should contain a field with the name ClientID and the AutoNumber data type.
b. ClientID should be the table's primary key.

Save the table with the name Client but do not close it.
4. Add another field to the Client table with the field name ClientName and the Short Text data type.

Save the table and then close it.
5. In the Consultant table, change the name of the Last field to LastName.
6. Still in the Consultant table, change the Data Type property for the ConsultantID field to Short Text.
7. Add another field to the Consultant table named StartDate with the Date/Time data type that appears after the LastName field.

Save and close the Consultant table.
8. Delete the seventh record in the Consultant table (which has a ConsultantID field value of 110460).
9. In the Consultant table, change the value for the FirstName field of the fourth record (which has a ConsultantID value of 110351) to Sidney.

Close the Consultant table.
10. You also need to view individual consultant records. Create a form for the Consultant table with the following options:
a. The form should contain all fields from the Consultant table.
b. The form should have the Columnar layout applied.

Save the form with the name Consultant Data Form and confirm that the form matches Figure 1. Close the form.

11. Create a query based on the Skill table and include all fields from the Skill table.

Save the query with the name Skill Query (which is the default name) and then close the query.
12. You need to refer to a printed copy of the Skill table when assigning consultants to projects. Create a report based on the Skill table with the following options:
a. The report should include all fields from the Skill table.
b. There should be no grouping levels in the report.
c. The report should be sorted by the SkillCode field in ascending order.
d. The report should have the Tabular layout with Portrait orientation applied.

Save the report with the name Skill Report. Confirm that the report matches Figure 2 and then close the report.
