A mountain bike video for beginner mountain bikers. Coming from Florida there is obviously a lack of places to go mountain biking - seeing as there are no mountains in Florida. But that doesn't stop me from heading up the Gondola while Casey is sitting in work conferences to see what its all about. So here is me enjoying the Vail Bike Haul and the Sidekick and Golden Gate trails on Vail Mountain. I had a super easy experience renting from Venture Sports in Vail Village and they got me set up for a fun and safe time on the hill.
