I waited a very long time for this book, and now that I am done with it, I'm happy to share what I learned from it with you!

IMPORTANT SIDE NOTES:
I made a mistake in 1:18 when I say that saturated fats raise triglycerides and cause heart disease. Triglycerides are simply a contributor to apoB when they are high, but apoB is what negatively affects the heart. Saturated fats can directly increase apoB particles, but they have no effect on triglycerides (carbohydrates do), and that’s why they can be bad.
In short, keto will almost certainly lower triglycerides (regardless of the saturated fats consumed) because carb intake is so low, but saturated fats on their own can increase apoB and negatively affect the heart.

I made a second mistake in 2:41. The olive oil group was provided with a liter of olive oil a week, but they were required to consume at least 4 tablespoons a day (28 tablespoons a week), not the entire liter.
Sorry about that! I’m not an expert, just a fan, but I'll be more careful with the information I put out from now on.
