Surreal Photo Manipulation in Procreate Ipad Pro 2020 I Light Painting

Hello guys !!!

One of my favourite tasks at work is photo manipulation or photoshopping.
This is a simple light manipulation I made it for about 10 minutes but it's super easy. Blending mode and shadow and lights you show be good to go. I made this look simple but you can make it more realistic and add some elements like a collage and more details.
