Rural life IRAN: easy pumpkin sweets in the village

Our Green and Lush World! 🌿✨
This morning, when I woke up, the sweet scent of flowers filled the air. 🌸 I decided to start my day by picking large, ripe pumpkins. 🎃 These pumpkins were not only beautiful but also had a delightful and sweet taste, perfect for making an incredible dessert. 🍰

Alongside these pumpkins, my sheep greeted me with their lovely sounds. 🐑 When I approached them, I carefully picked some delicious leaves from the mulberry tree for them, and seeing the joy in their eyes filled my heart with happiness. 💖 I also gathered a basket full of ripe, sweet figs from the fig trees in the garden to be our treat for the day. Suddenly, it started to rain☔️⛈️, and with a smile, I went to feed my chickens and roosters. 🐔🐓 They gathered around me excitedly, and with every grain I gave them, I felt how beautiful life is. 🌈

After the rain stopped, my father built a big firewood fire so I could prepare the pumpkin dessert. 🔥🔥 First, I peeled the large pumpkins and cut them into small pieces. 🔪 Then, in a pot, I let the pumpkins cook gently over the heat of the firewood with some water. 🌊 The delightful aroma of the pumpkins quickly filled our home, and I could hardly wait to see the final result out of excitement. 😄

Once the pumpkins were soft, I mashed them with a spoon and mortar to create a smooth puree. 🥄 Then I added flour, powdered cinnamon, a bit of vanilla, a few eggs, and fresh milk, mixing it all well until I had a uniform batter that would give our dessert a special flavor and texture. 🥛 I poured this mixture into a frying pan filled with oil.

As the pumpkin dessert cooked in the pan over the firewood, its delightful smell spread everywhere, increasing our anticipation to taste it. 😋 After about 40 minutes, our golden-brown and fragrant dessert was finally ready. ⏰

At the end of the day, I picked a basket full of wild mushrooms and cooked them over the charcoal fire, which had an incredibly delicious taste. 🍄 🍄‍🟫Then I sat by the firewood with my family, enjoying each bite of this delicious pumpkin dessert paired with hot tea from the fire, which made it even more delightful. ☕ The taste of the pumpkin dessert, along with our laughter and stories, left me with unforgettable memories. 💭
