這道薯仔沙律便是其中一樣嘰最喜歡的家常菜!做起來非常簡單而且超好吃!來試試做吧

【食材】
蛋 3隻
薯仔 2隻
蒜頭腸 1條
車厘茄 10粒蘸青瓜 5條
蘸珍珠洋蔥 3粒
蛋黃醬 100克

蛋黃醬:
蛋黃 1隻
法式芥末醬 10克
醋 5克
油 120克
鹽 少許

法式香腸跟包裝指示煮35分鐘,過程水不要滾
薯仔冷水開始水煮,水裡加一點粗鹽
車厘茄切半
蘸青瓜和蘸洋蔥切粒(同車厘茄大小)
煮白恰蛋,水滾時輕輕加入雞蛋,中小火煮9分鐘
自製蛋黃醬先拌勻蛋黃、芥末醬、醋和少許鹽
拌勻後開始逐少加入油,直接全部油均勻地加入
煮好的薯仔去皮、雞蛋去殼、香腸去衣
薯仔、蛋和香腸都切粒
所有材料混在一起~完成!


【Ingredients】
Egg 3pcs
Potato 2pcs
Garlic Sausage 1pc
Cherry Tomato 10pcs
Cornichon 5pcs
Pickled Pearl Onion 3pcs
Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise:
Egg Yolk 1pc
Dijon Mustard 10g
Vinegar 5g
Grapeseed Oil 120g
Salt pm

Cook the french sausage for 35minutes or as indicated by package
Put potato in salted cold water and start to cook for about 20minutes
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Cut cornichon and pickled onion in pieces (size same as cherry tomato)
Cook hard boiled eggs, add eggs in boiling water gently, cook for 9minutes
Prepare the mayonnaise, mix well the egg yolk, dijon mustard, vinegar and a bit of salt
Once well mixed, add oil little by little, until thickened
Peel the cooked potato
Cut potato, hard boiled egg and sausage in cubes
Now mix all your ingredients together
