Ingredients for bread omelette sweet:

Bread slices - 4
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 3 spoons
Oil - 1/4 cup

Procedure for bread omelette sweet:

1. Take a bowl to add sugar and beat the raw eggs.
2. Mix well until the sugar slightly melts.
3. Apply the egg and sugar mixture on both sides of the bread slice.
4. Heat a pan over low flame and add 2 spoons of oil.
5. Fry the bread slices on both sides, till bread turns light brown.
6. Adjust the oil as required to fry and sugar as for your taste.
7. Remove from pan and take into a bowl.
8. Repeat the same with rest of them.
9. Serve as breakfast even as a snack.
