🔍 Eligibility Criteria (Summary):
Junior Personal Assistant (JPA):

Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University + at least one year course in Office Management & Secretarial Practice or equivalent.

Skills: Shorthand speed of 80 words/min in English & typing speed of 40 words/min in English. Desirable: proficiency in shorthand/typing in Hindi.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as on the date specified) with age relaxations as per rules.


Junior Executive (Rajbhasha):

Education: Graduate with Hindi as an elective and English as main subject OR degree/diploma equivalent to BA in Hindi. Desirable: proficiency with Hindi software tools.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (with applicable relaxations)


💰 Pay Scale / Salary:

Pay Matrix: Rs. 29,000 – 93,000 (S-V) for both posts.


🎯 Selection Process:

For JPA: Online Test + Skill Test (Typing & Stenography) + Document Verification.

For Junior Executive: Online Test + Document Verification. (As per sources)


📝 Application Fee:

SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Serviceman / Women: ₹ 500

UR / EWS / OBC: ₹ 1,350
