Raising new queen bees - Setting up mating boxes

Raising queens is one of the satisfying things in beekeeping. There are lots of different ways to do it. In this video I’m trying to set up the mating nucs to then place in the queen cells that we raised in the previous video.

The bees come first in our little venture as without the bees we would have nothing so no excess honey is removed if Andy thinks it will put the hive at risk, so the honey goes fast!
