I'm reviewing the specific steps necessary to perform an arthroscopic superior capsular reconstruction of the shoulder, or an SCR procedure (3:23). I'm also reviewing the anatomy of the shoulder with a massive irreparable rotator cuff tear (:30). This procedure allows for a minimally invasive way to address this problem via small stab incisions in the skin. The procedure is able to be performed on an outpatient basis.
