How to Foil behind a boat- first timers learning to hydrofoil

The easiest way to learn Foiling is getting towed by a good instructor. Learning the feel of the hydrofoil behind a boat or jet ski makes it easier to progress into foil surfing and kitefoiling. Includes instruction on starting on a SUP foil board and on a smaller prone foil board as well as tips for the boat captain.
