In this video we teach you how to play youtube on Alexa. When you connect Youtube to Echo Show it will allow you to view youtube videos on your echo show or other Alexa device with a screen.

All you need to do to play Youtube videos on Alexa is say "Alexa, show cat videos on Youtube." You can substitute the word "Cat" for anything else you would like to watch youtube. For some people Youtube might not show up automatically it will ask you to choose your browser the first time that you ask to watch a video on Youtube. I recommend choosing the "Silk" browser as it typically works well with Youtube on Alexa. Once you've choose then browser the first time, Alexa will then automatically go to Youtube the nest time you request a video.

I recommend using the full screen mode to view youtube videos and the larger the screen the better it will look. You can use youtube with all Echo Show devices including the Echo Show, Echo Show 8 and Echo Show 5. Youtube will also work with fire TV and Echo spot. In the video we watch are watching youtube on the Echo Show 5.
