[Why series] Earth Science Episode 6 - Rotation and Revolution

The vast Earth that we live on appears to be stationary, but in fact, it is constantly moving. Every day, the Earth spins around once on its axis, moving from west to east. This movement of the Earth is called “rotation.” The rotation of the Earth is what creates day and night and allows us to see stars rise and fall.
